The participants in the QUALITAS VET training for VET teachers provided feedbacks on their experience with the QUALITAS course for teachers that are of most relevance for the project team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where the course materials helpful and easy to understand?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLots of visual material and suggestions for building the lesson.\u201d
\u201cI got new ideas and tools to make my work even more meaningful and exciting. Both from the students’ point of view and from my own point of view. There is still a lot left for independent reading and
consolidation of the material.\u201d
\u201cThe materials were well structured and supported the application of theory in practical tasks.Examples and explanations helped to easily decipher more complex concepts. In addition, it was useful
that the materials highlighted different approaches to value creation, which broadened the understanding of the topic and gave ideas on how to apply these principles in real life.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you feel more confident in value creation teaching?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI got confirmation that I am doing things right but also new knowledge on how to do it even better.\u201d

Which topics or skills to you feel most prepared to implement in your teaching practice?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI think in almost all areas in relation to value creation, especially from the point of view of vocational education. I am also ready to support and teach colleagues who do not yet feel very strongly about it.\u201d
\u201cAfter the training, I understand the content of value creation more clearly and can better prepare lessons based on that.\u201d
\u201cThe whole course was interesting for me.\u201d

Woud you recommend this course to other teachers?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAll teachers should be familiar with value creation and value proposition.\u201d
\u201cSupports understanding and teaching the value creation mindset.\u201d
\u201cVersatile and vital. Based on the social, economic and ecological dimensions emphasised in the paradigm of value creation, I see that as a teacher, you can be a bridge between the learner and society, helping to understand that professional skills are not just a tool for doing work, but an opportunity to contribute to wider well-being.\u201d
